The power frame is a 1U 19" rack mounting unit. The depth is only 85mm. The unit will house 6 single modules or 3 double modules and combinations. The design is such that the mounting brackets are both adjustable and reversible as well as the PSU unit. This will allow the mains IEC connector to be located front or rear as may be the data connections.
The power supply incorporated in the unit is a standard switched, universal mains unit capable of supplying up to 5 amps, which is significantly more than its anticipated usage.
